    Attorney Bethanni Forbush-Moss of has a genuine passion for the practice of law.  Not only is she an Attorney but a Counselor of Law as well.  She is dedicated to you.  She is an attorney who will tell you the good, the bad and the ugly.  She will tell you about all your legal options for your situation.  And regardless of which option you choose, she WILL FIGHT FOR YOU.            


     Attorney Forbush-Moss is no stranger to the courtroom.  She has been practicing law since 2000 and is licensed to practice law in both Kentucky and Indiana.  She first started out as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in Floyd County, Indiana.  She was initially responsible for misdemeanor and traffic court cases.  She was subsequently promoted to felony court prosecution and was also responsible for child support enforcement.  

      At the end of 2001, Attorney Forbush-Moss went into private practice providing legal services initially for family and criminal law matters.  In 2002, she was appointed by the Jefferson Family Court to represent parents in CPS cases.  

      Today, Attorney Forbush-Moss manages the full service law center of Law Offices of Forbush-Moss, PSC where she provides legal services to individuals and businesses, including daycares.  She continues to represent parents in CPS cases and provides conflict counsel services.  She is also the proud mother of three boys and attends church at First Baptist Church of Jeffersontown where she is the 4th grade Sunday School teacher.
